- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪BAD SERVICE / WORSE WORKING STAFF I am going to him for the last six years but I had a very bad experience in his office yesterday which I like to share with you all. I was running later for 13 minutes yesterday for my check up, tried to call to let them know but no operator and went to voice mail. After I showed up the front person called the doctor assistant to let her know I was in she can ask to doctor to see me but she came down and she said I need to come back later. I told her that I am working in this area anymore and I took a day off to come to see the doctor and how about I come back in the afternoon but she told me no and she said no. I asked to talk to the doctor and she didn’t allow me. This is not how you talk to your patients. I will try to contact the Dr Henry directly and let him know about how she talked to me but still they lost my business after six years.January 15, 2017by Pat Arsalani
